During the process of divorcing her unfaithful
husband, Ellen Taylor meets and falls in love with a wonderful man. But her luck does not last; he is accused of
the murder of his soon to be ex-wife.
Warren Hansen thinks that he has finally struck it lucky after a miserable marriage. Ellen is all that
he has ever dreamed of and he cannot wait to make her his wife. She has had problems in her past, but he believes their love
can overcome all, until his cheating spouse is found dead in her condo and he is convicted of the murder.
A man and a woman try to rise above their failed marriages to love each other, when tragedy strikes
and tears them apart. Despite his innocence, Warren loses all hope of happiness and believes that the horrors he suffered
in prison make him unfit to love Ellen. Ellen proves just how strong she can be when the long years in prison make Warren
end the relationship and she cannot stop loving him.
This is a very well written and thought provoking novel.
A gripping story line and has well developed characters that grow stronger in spite of the difficult circumstances in which
they find themselves. Several aspects of the story can be disturbing.
